Hi there! I’m a strategist-executor on a mission to make healthcare more human.

I design and implement end-to-end user journeys, including digital and “offline” touch points, to increase health and happiness. My skills intersect UX design, product management, marketing strategy, human-centered design, and service operations. Whether conducting user research, designing user interfaces, or optimizing workflows, I define and measure success not only based on the countable results achieved, but also by how people feel.

Recent UX Projects

As a long-standing volunteer with Kings County Tennis League (KCTL), a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides free tennis instruction to youth living in and around Brooklyn Public Housing, I sought ways to expand my contributions. Most recently, I've been applying my design skills to address some of the highest pain points for KCTL stakeholders.

Piloted and scaled a new self-service channel that enabled more patients to express urgent needs and access care on their own terms.

Designed and implemented an at-home coronavirus antibody study that successfully demonstrated a proof of concept for future epidemiological research.

Designed a connected mobile app experience for patients and care teams to deliver “n of 1” personalized care at scale.
